  • A credit check will be conducted.
  • The branch will contact you if any details are missing or if additional information is needed.
  • Please allow time for this process to be completed before hiring equipment.
  • If you applied for a Cash Account, please note that:
    • A deposit will be required when hiring equipment. This amount varies depending on the equipment being hired.
  • Refunds and Deposits
    • All refunds for deposits paid by card will, unless otherwise agreed, be processed to the same card used for the original transaction.
    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank and can take between 5-10 working days to reflect.
    • At the store’s discretion, a refund may alternatively be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), subject to the provision of valid banking details by the customer.
