Please bring all your original supporting documents to the Talisman Hire branch you selected during your application process: Talisman Hire . This is required to verify your identity and complete your profile setup.

STEP 2

If you applied for a credit account, your application is now being processed.

Your application is subject to approval.
A credit check will be conducted.
The branch will contact you if any details are missing or if additional information is needed.
Please allow time for this process to be completed before hiring equipment.
If you applied for a Cash Account, please note that:
- A deposit will be required when hiring equipment. This amount varies depending on the equipment being hired.
Refunds and Deposits
- All refunds for deposits paid by card will, unless otherwise agreed, be processed to the same card used for the original transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank and can take between 5-10 working days to reflect.
- At the store’s discretion, a refund may alternatively be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), subject to the provision of valid banking details by the customer.
