Established in 2002, Talisman Hire Umhlanga is the first Talisman Hire branch in KwaZulu-Natal, marking the brand's entry into the province. Over the past 17 years, we have experienced significant growth, leading to the opening of an express store in Glen Anil in 2019, which enhances our ability to serve our Durban North clientele more efficiently. Additionally, we operate an express store within Builders Warehouse Riverhorse.

Emerging from the challenges posed by the Covid years, we have refined our operations to become a more streamlined and efficient business. Our dedicated team of 21 staff members is committed to ensuring customer loyalty through personalised service and high-quality machinery. We pride ourselves on being proactive and responsive to customer needs on-site, fostering long-term relationships over short-term gains.

Talisman Umhlanga is located at 24 Solstice Rd, Umhlanga Ridge, with our Glen Anil store at 1a Sneezewood Lane, Glen Anil, and a satellite store inside Builders Warehouse in Riverhorse Valley. We cater to a diverse clientele, balancing the needs of DIY enthusiasts with those of large and medium contractors. Many of our customers have been with us since our inception, a testament to the trust we have built within the community.
