Through our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative, Talisman Cares | Talisman Gee Om, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and youth, with a particular focus on education. Our mission is to support Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers by providing the necessary infrastructure to ensure that young learners have access to a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Why Early Childhood Development Matters
Early Childhood Development centers are the cornerstone of a child’s educational journey. They provide a critical foundation for cognitive, social, and emotional growth, setting the stage for lifelong learning and development. A well-structured ECD center offers a safe and supportive space where children can explore, learn, and build essential skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. Investing in these centers is investing in the future of our communities, as they shape the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators.
Our Partnership with FNB ECD Care
For the past six years, Talisman Hire has proudly partnered with FNB ECD Care to uplift and support ECD centers in rural areas. This collaboration has enabled us to contribute to numerous projects, transforming under-resourced centers into vibrant hubs of learning and growth. Our joint efforts have focused on constructing and upgrading essential facilities, including classrooms, playrooms, playgrounds, kitchens, and ablution facilities.

- 2020 Project in Walkerville:
- FNB ECD – Walkerville Creche:Constructing new classrooms and play areas to support early learning.

- Miles of Smiles:Enhancing educational facilities in Eersterust.
